Manaiakalani Film Festival

On Tuesday November the 10th our school went to Sylvia Park. It was a fun ride. The seniors went on 1 bus and the juniors went on the other bus. We had a song battle to see which class were the best singers. 

Tug Of War

This week all of the juniors and seniors played tug of war. We played with a long rope that our care taker of the school gave to us. Some St. Kents came to our school and played with us. It was not that fair because there were only 7 St. Kents on one side and the rest of us on the other side we won all the time. 

 

Principal's Award

Today the year 8 and year 7 students did an assembly. They handed out certificates to the people that did a good job during the week. I got a certificate for being the best chromebook monitor in the world.

Kiwi Can Term 4 Week 5

Today my class room 8 and room 4 did kiwi can together with our kiwi can instructors. Our theme was respect and our topic was respect for our community. We played our activity of how we had to help the blindfolded person to the other side without touching any of the obstacles

Room 8 Playing Cricket

Today room 8 got to play cricket. We played with Coach Sas. The fist game we were doing some relays with the cricket ball, we had to run around the sticky wicket and then pass the pall to our team. The first to finish would win.

The second game we had to catch the cricket ball with two hands, when we caught it we had throw it back and then the next person had to catch it. If we didn't catch the ball we had to sit out. 

Art

Today me and my class were doing art. We drew  Mt. Wellington, drew patterns  beside Mt. Wellington and drew the ocean. It was a lot of fun making it.
